Reason Nº1: We are leaders in the hair cosmetics sector.
Surely you are thinking that I have invented it, but this of being a leader I do not say. The data says it: 10 years of experience, web traffic and customer volume ????. I started with a budget of 3000€ and a lot of research and follow-up work to find the best solution for alopecia. I wanted to be able to offer satisfactory results to those who were looking for an answer. Little by little, we grew to become the benchmark company in terms of state-of-the-art undetectable hair prostheses in Spain. We are proud to have served more than 10,000 customers who have changed their look and lives with this effective method. But we did not want to stop there and we have expanded our range of hair solutions, because our customers and those who are not yet, deserve it. (Later I will tell you what they are).
If you still do not believe me when I tell you that we are leaders, I make a very clear proposal: If you are not satisfied with the result WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY, as you read it, without small print, without trick. Nothing is lost to prove and we are so confident in our achievements that we have no doubts about our proposal. That can only be said by a leader.
Reason No. 2: We know what you need.
Hair Solution was born out of my personal need. Alopecia came to me when I was very young and changed my life in many ways. I suffered from insecurities, I stopped going out, I didn’t feel myself and I lost confidence. But spending so much time at home, I decided it was better to look for a solution than to focus on the problem. And boom! ???? I found the hair prostheses, immediate solution, accessible, customizable, suitable for everyone, but there was a problem, beyond the purchase of the hair system there was nothing. No one to ask about placement, maintenance, haircut, advice… nothing. That’s where I found the business opportunity, I would seek the professionalization and humanization of the sector. My challenge would be to get prosthetics (a term I hate) to stop being taboo and something ordinary, to turn it into state-of-the-art undetectable hair prostheses with the best possible customer service. We were the first to destigmatize the negative connotations of hair prostheses, using a correct vocabulary, young profiles and normalizing the situation.
Thus came the vision of what could become Hair Solution, the leading company in the sector of hair cosmetic solutions (non-surgical). Today we are billing about 2.5 million annually, (by 2023 we expect to pass 3.5 million) something that seemed unlikely today is a reality. We are today the first to create a 360 clinic, where we combine the best part of hair and aesthetic cosmetics, with the medical part.
Reason No. 3: We learn from mistakes.
We all make mistakes, but if you look at them from the right perspective, you can come to understand that they are a source of knowledge and growth that we have been able to take advantage of. My first center was very basic, with many limitations of comfort and operation. I received the first complaints, the first incidents and customers who did not return, from them I learned that I had to improve, not only had to offer the solution to alopecia, I also had to give them something more, improve the experience. Professionalization implied launching new processes that did not always turn out as thought, difficult moments, very hard challenges… but from trial and error have emerged services that I am sure we only offer at Hair Solution, and of which I am very proud:
1) We can today offer a coverage service and workshop for 3 months, if you take into account that it is the average duration of a hair prosthesis, you will understand why no other center offers it. We want our customers to feel heard, cared for and safe with us.
2) With the implementation of new technologies we can now give a faster and more efficient after-sales service. Clients also have the convenience of being able to select their appointments from the app with their favorite stylist.
3) We have incorporated a Capillary Spa service where we elevate the maintenance service to a sensory and relaxing experience. All this, to continue in the constant learning that is only obtained from erring and evolving.
Reason No. 4: We implement new hair solutions.
My goal will always be to help many discover their best version. Thanks to hair prosthetics, we got to where we are now, but my secret formula is very much based on listening and updating. For this reason, we study the market and expand the range of options, to offer comprehensive hair solutions, with a 360º approach to personalized treatments that fit the needs and preferences of each client, because only then can you find the most effective solution. We incorporated the hair transplant as a flagship treatment, but we did not stop there, we turned it around and offered RESULTS, not prices. (If you’re looking for prices, this isn’t your clinic.) If a client of Hair Solution undergoes a hair transplant, we accompany him for 12 months in his recovery and offer everything he needs to obtain the best possible result, and hence also comes the inclusion of complementary treatments such as hair mesotherapy, tricopigmentation and medication. And if that were not enough, we are the first to develop and implement our HS FUSION method, where we provide solutions to advanced degrees of alopecia. Reason No. 5: We have the best professionals.
A company is only as good as the people who work in it. Hair Solution started with 3 people, can you believe it? And now we are almost 50, but not the lot, people who are very, very good at what they do. For years I have had expert stylists who leave all hair prosthesis customers satisfied by applying the Hair Solution integration method, our flagship product. Now with the exponential growth, we incorporate doctors specialized in trichology and hair transplantation, hairdressing assistants, workshop technicians and professionals in the various departments: logistics, marketing, finance… all working with an eye on the same goal: To remain leaders in what we do. It is that only a leading company provides competent salaries, with an established internal career plan and aspirational in other professionals in the sector.
