General conditions of contract of purchases of hairsolution products

ABELROSS INTERNATIONAL BUSSINES SL, and hereinafter “HAIRSOLUTION” with CIF B86503703, with registered office at Calle Monteros 15, local bajo, 28034 Madrid, OWNER of the HairSolution brand, with email for the purposes of notifications with the client info@hairsolution.es in accordance with the provisions of the Law offers said client the following:

Orders and conditions of sale

The services and products offered through the HAIRSOLUTION Website are intended for the purchase by Users of hair prostheses, hair fibers, as well as any other cosmetic hair solution.

In order to contract an order from HAIRSOLUTION, the User must be over 18 years of age.

From the Website www.hairsolution.es, HAIRSOLUTION will ship orders anywhere in the world.

To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage your purchase order.

Price, payment method and discount codes

Once the data of the form has been completed, the User must proceed to the payment of the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.

After the payment is made, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested and the destination address.

If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and your order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.

In the case of Spain and other European countries, the prices of the products are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.

All prices shown are final prices, being expressly included the Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the user will have at all times detailed information on the price of the product. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will be excluded when making the payment of the order.

For orders to Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands, as well as other countries outside the European Union, prices will be shown without VAT. The shipping conditions we make are FOB (incoterms 2010).

HAIRSOLUTION may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. These discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by HAIRSOLUTION with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use a single code per order.

Delivery times

1. For products in stock, standardized parts or other accessories ready in our warehouses, the approximate delivery times, in working days are as follows:
Peninsula: 24 – 48 H NACEX
Balearic Islands: 2-5 days RAPIDEXPRESS
International: 3-6 days RAPIDEXPRESS, TNT, FEDEX
*Orders are processed until 15:00 pm, orders after that time, will be processed the day after opening

Product Notes and Specifications

The client has been informed by the center and is aware that this type of services produce a drastic change in the image and can cause an emotional impact at the beginning of the change, requiring a time of adaptation.

The client acknowledges that he has been notified that the prosthesis is an accessory as hair cosmetics and will never replace the sight and expectation of a natural hair, and that for whose placement it is necessary to shave the affected areas.

The customer also acknowledges that he has been informed about the technical specifications of each product offered by HAIRSOLUTION, about its quality, composition, recommendations for use, duration, etc., stating the customer that it does not pose any risk to his health.

Returns

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from HAIRSOLUTION within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all labels attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional product included. As when you received it, without having been used or manipulated.

Returns of products such as hair prostheses or wigs are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
For the management of returns the customer will send the package with the courier company of his choice and postage at his expense to the address: C / monteros 15, local bajo, 28034 Madrid.Si the change or return is made in our physical store will be free.

It is important that when packing the item there is no damage to the original packaging.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product does not correspond to the order placed by the customer, HAIRSOLUTION will bear all expenses. To carry out any management it will be necessary to present the original purchase invoice issued by HAIRSOLUTION. No shipment of merchandise will be made until the item to be returned has been received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it returns in perfect condition. Once we have contacted the customer we will proceed to collect the product, totally free and the incident will be processed.

Prosthesis warranty

For the application of the following guarantees, the purchase and use by the customer of maintenance products is mandatory, in order to guarantee good care of the prosthesis and extend its duration.

  • For standard and personalized products placed in authorized centers: it is stipulated in 60 days from the placement of the same.

In the event that the product manifests any deficiency within that period, the customer must notify the center, committing the center to repair or replace it at no cost to the customer, as long as it has not been handled or the technical specifications of use and care of the same have not been followed.

The replacement time of these products is estimated at 15 days and repair in 30 days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is factory defective (according to Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996). Likewise, the collection costs will be borne by the client.

Recommendations for use

*Note: The duration of the systems will depend on the care, how you perform maintenance, lifestyle, type of knot, etc. So it is recommended to follow the specifications.

For aesthetic dependency needs, the company recommends having a spare prosthesis, because in case of manufacturing defects, the customer remove it and send it, which means that the customer will not have it available during the replacement or repair time, assuming that it could cause aesthetic damage during that time.

The purchase and use by the customer of maintenance products is mandatory, in order to guarantee good care of the prosthesis and extend its duration.

Avoid very hot water and abuse the dryer, do not pull hard with the comb

Do not shower or exercise at 12h after placement to achieve greater adhesion.

Avoid the sun’s rays, in case of exposure, use hair protector.

Rinse your hair as soon as possible in case of swimming in the pool or in the sea.

It is not recommended to use dye.

It is recommended to do maintenance every 7-10 days. If the time is exceeded, there is a risk that the glue degrades and impregnates the hair, causing greater hair loss than normal.

Only use our products, they are tested on hair prostheses and do not have sulfates or parabens.

Payments

HAIRSOLUTION allows you to make payments with the following methods:

  • Payment by credit or debit card,
  • Payment via bank transfer. When placing the order, the customer is informed of the instructions for the transfer.
  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery (Peninsula only)
  • Funding through Aplázame*:

*Example of financing with APLAZAME for a purchase of € 200.00 to 12 months and that begins to pay 30 days after the request. A ticket of € 16.65 is requested that the user must pay through his card at the time he performs the operation. The amount to be financed is the difference between the value of the basket (€ 200.00) and the ticket (€ 16.65): € 183.35. 12 monthly payments of € 16.65 are requested. Opening fee: 0,00€. NIR: 16.19%; APR: 17.45%. Total amount due: €199.83 . Subject to approval by APLAZAME.

Cash price: 200,00 €; Financed price: 216,48 €


The prices will be governed by our current rate, reserving HAIRSOLUTION the right to modify them without prior notice. Prices valid except typographical error.

Personal data

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13 and its subsequent modification by the RGPD of the EU, Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the personal data you provide will be collected in files whose responsibility is ABELROSS INTERNATIONAL BUSSINES SL. You can exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data, under the terms and conditions provided in the LOPD by contacting the address of the registered office, located at Avenida de General Perón 22 in Madrid.

Likewise, the client declares to be AGREE/DISSATISFIED with the use of said data for the sending of promotions.
