We take this opportunity to thank Victor, another brave prosthetic user who dared to let us roll his change process.
In the case of Victor, we can speak of androgenic alopecia that affected the frontal area with very pronounced entries. As you may have noticed, the improvement is remarkable as we place the prosthesis (even without having made the cut.)

This great result is the work of our latest signing: Leonardo Mantella, another scissors artist. He has been with us since last February.
There are many of you who already know him, but we also want those of you who have not come to put a face to him.
ABOUT MR. MANTELLA:
Leo comes
from a family of stylists. His father was manager of three hairdressers of the English Court under the signature of Antonio Duran.
Over time he decided to become independent and came to open three hairdressers, which would later inherit his children. Leo Mantella, after having completed a higher training cycle in commercial marketing management, took charge of one of them at the age of 19. He was in charge of this salon for four years, where he learned from the basics, to managing his own business. He also completed his training as a hairdresser at the Pívot Point academy.
In 2005, he made the decision to transfer his business, since most of the clientele was elderly and he was clear that he wanted to go through all possible branches of hairdressing even if he had to work as an employee. In this same year, he received a job offer from Kibo hairdressers. For four years he established himself more in his profession, reaching the position of salon manager and combining work with continuous training. After these years and already feeling that he needed a contribution of motivation, he had the opportunity to work with a great stylist, Rodrigo Posada.
Leo tells us that they were six very important years in his career where he grew as a professional training with British techniques and specializing in male hairdressing. He also held all kinds of events, from training professionals in the sector to collaborating in hairdressing teams, styling on fashion catwalks.
At the end of 2014, through a mutual friend HairSolution meets Leo. Just seeing him move the scissors made us fall in love, but once we knew his extensive career he finished conquering us.
The incorporation of another stylist was fundamental for our new studio and Leo met all the requirements: good presence, kindness, formality and professionalism. Therefore, we decided to present our project and our desire to have him in our team. After meditating conscientiously he decided to dare and since February of this year he is part of the HairSolution Family.
