We have always prioritized their satisfaction, because without it, we would not have been able to reach the top, and even if we are there, we already have our eyes set on the next challenge. Being leaders in the hair prosthesis sector in Europe is easy, but it has only been possible because of the combination of quality, excellence and perseverance. We have learned from our mistakes, analyzing the needs of our customers and developing the solutions. Today we can say that we are very proud of what we offer our users.
What was born in 2015 by a personal need of a young dreamer, in a few square meters and without much information available, today is the illusion of many more. We are happy to count more than 50,000 placement services and have changed the image of more than 10,000 customers. Now, our headquarters in Madrid seeks to be the reference in the sector, in terms of spaces of maximum comfort and experiences with added value, where we not only want to improve the version of our customers but also impact their day to day, with a sense of well-being, disconnection and pampering while they are in the center.
We are sure that hair prostheses are here to stay and the future is promising.
