Use of our Services The punctuality of our customers is key to be able to give a personalized and quality service, so we ask you to respect the schedule assigned to you and be punctual. The delay time cannot be recovered. Upon arrival at our beauty salon, we will follow the following steps:
1. Taking measurements and tonality
2. Advice
3. Making a mold
4. Placement of the prosthesis
5. Cutting
6. Hairstyle
7. Placement and maintenance tips
To carry out this process, we need you to follow the following instructions:
Do not go with gum, wax, hair fibers or other products in the hair, bring it completely clean. Ideally, you should bring the side/rear areas as long as possible.
This type of change sometimes generates a strong impact on the client, so we ask you to come prepared and be clear about the step you are going to take. You have to be aware that you will look very different both during the process and once finished, so you will need a period of adaptation to your new image optimized thanks to the experience and service of our professionals. The duration of the service is a maximum of 2h 30min, time needed to perform the previous 7 steps with precision and quality. After this time, and if the client wishes, an extra will be charged at a rate of 30 euros per half hour, 50 euros per hour. In the event that, after 2h 30min, the client cannot be attended for longer than the corresponding time due to overlap with another client, he will be summoned for another day if he wishes. In the case of custom-made prostheses, it is necessary to pay 50% of the amount at the time of ordering. No refunds are allowed, as each prosthesis is custom designed for each of our customers. Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for any service. Otherwise, the customer must pay for the reserved service.
