En primer lloc, amb la nostra pell seca i utilitzant un retolador negre, dibuixarem sobre el nostre cap la forma i dimensions que desitgem que tingui el nostre sistema capil\u00b7lar.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2. Despr\u00e9s cobrirem el cap amb un film transparent i atarem els extrems sota la barbeta de manera que quedi tensada a la zona dibuixada.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3. Cobrirem el film amb 3 capes de zel transparent, en la direcci\u00f3 que indica el dibuix.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">                                                                                   <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block margin-left: auto margin-right: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/DYIAiJ1rgAyaADmayka1L3EqyxzEt8OzC4dWwU9dPVomedB3xn3p9OCAOsHtQCcFZg50AnnxRj27QSxwTdiBtyhF3UcA5cFnMhIfeK7K8_0_6PrAMCg\" alt=\"\" height=\"92\" width=\"105\"><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">5. Retallarem la zona sobrant de l&#8217;exterior de la plantilla de manera que quedi com en el Dibuix n\u00famero 4.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Molt important: En tots els estils sempre indicarem escrivint en el motlle amb llapis negre FRONT per a la zona frontal i BACK per a la zona del darrere.
